Welcome to The Reserve Farm-Shop
We’ve all heard the expression “farm to table” for years now, typically when viewing fancy restaurant menus. But what if I told you there was a place you could shop that was direct from local farmers to your own table? Would you be surprised if I also said it was on the main stretch of 219 in Great Valley heading into Salamanca? Well don’t be, because The Reserve Farm-Shop is open now!
Support the Empire State Ride
I believe that greatness can be measured in many ways. In humans, greatness can be measured by the extent of their positive outreach to others. This could be anything from catching a fly ball and giving it to a child, or lending the other half of your sandwich to your buddy who forgot his lunch at home; even just striking up a conversation with a stranger who looks like they could use some company during a social.

And no, it doesn’t have to be a chore. If you do it right, it can be a joy! Muscle Imbalances: Why & How to Fix Them
If your right arm has ever confidently banged out a set of bicep curls or rows at the gym while your left arm has struggled to keep up (or vice versa), you know what it feels like when one side of your body is stronger than the other. Don't worry, there's nothing wrong with you - it happens to pretty much everyone.
Every Day is for Mom
Where would we be without our moms???? I mean, seriously… we wouldn’t, now, would we? From the time we are nothing but a sweet dream and a glint in our parent’s eyes, we are forever bonded to our parents - even more so to our mothers because moms knew us nine months before our dads did, right? What’s more, mothers around the world say they feel like their children are still a part of them long after they've given birth. As it turns out, that is literally true. During pregnancy, cells from the fetus cross the placenta and enter the mother's body, where they can become part of her tissues. Read Smithsonian September 2, 2015 for more information.
A Mystery Trapped in Time
For Shaun and Kristen Thomson, experiencing local history isn’t just about admiring the architecture of an older building or noticing historic street markers. For them, history is an immersive experience and the core of a community’s identity. This passion laid the groundwork for the first Enchanted Mountain Challenge, which was held in 2022. Now, the Thomsons are thrilled to share the third season of the Challenge, which runs from May 25th through October 14th. With elements of a scavenger hunt, an escape room, geocaching, and hiking, the Enchanted Mountain Challenge is designed to be a weekend-long adventure, although participants can begin on any day of the week and return to continue at any point until October 14th.
