County Supervisor NORA VARGAS was caught talking trash about black women in Spanish according to Doug Porter’s Substack. (https://dougporter.substack.com/p/an-open-letter-regarding-chairwoman) According to the Substack, Supervisor Vargas was allegedly caught calling local community member Alyse Pipkin-Allen a “black prostitute” in Spanish. As a member of the community here in San Diego I formally call for Nora Vargas to RESIGN immediately from her position as County Supervisor.
