Arrest, charges made in June shooting at Walnut Park West neighborhood gas station
ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - An 18-year-old was arrested and charged Thursday in connection to an early June shooting. Shaun Hickman, 18, was charged with two counts of first-degree assault, two counts of armed criminal action and one count of unlawful use of a weapon by shooting at a motor vehicle.
