Sourdough baking: from starter to loaf to be offered Sept. 17 in Waco
The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service office in McLennan County is offering a sourdough bread baking class on Sept. 17 in Waco. The class, “Sourdough baking: from starter to loaf,” will be held from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at the AgriLife Extension office in McLennan County, 4224 Cobbs Drive, Waco. The cost is $25, and the deadline to register is Sept. 13.
