McMillan a finalist for 2025 Okanogan County Fair Queen
Liberty Bell High School student Kara McMillan is one of five contestants competing to wear the crown as the 2025 Okanogan County Fair Queen. The contestants will participate in a pageant on Thursday, Sept. 5, at 6 p.m. on the fairgrounds stage. Contestants will be judged on the following: personal on-on-one interviews with the judges; portfolios; a speech during the pageant; and impromptu questions during the pageant.
