    Community Cat Benefit Breakfast to raise money for SPCA

    ELMIRA, N.Y. ( WETM ) – A breakfast fundraiser is coming to Elmira this weekend that will benefit the Chemung County SPCA.

    The Chemung County SPCA is partnering with Barb’s Soups On Café for the fundraiser, which will take place on Sunday, Aug. 4, from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. The breakfast will feature eggs, toast, pancakes, bacon or sausage, coffee, tea and orange juice. Basket raffles and other festivities will also be at the event.

    Tour de Keuka returns to benefit United Way

    The cost to attend the breakfast is $10. Tickets can be purchased at Barb’s Soups On Café at 311 College Ave. All funds that are raised from the event will support the Community Cat Program at the SPCA.

    The Community Cat Program is a program that is designed to spay and neuter stray or feral cats to prevent unwanted kitten litters and control the population. For more information about the program, visit the SPCA website .
