Last night in Tampa, the Reds managed to beat the Rays in 10 innings, the final 3-2. Three runs on 3 hits for the Reds, with no errors, and they left 4. The Rays had only 2 runs on 7 hits, 2 errors, and they left 10 men stranded on base. Although Nick Lodolo started for Cincinnati, Nick Martinez earned the pitching win, and he’s now 4 & 5 on the year. Losing it for Tampa, Manuel Rodriguez, with a record of 1 & 2. Alexis Diaz earned his 20th save of the year for the Reds. The series continues today, Cincinnati looking for its 4th straight win.
