From Hell to Paradise: American Legion Riders support PTSD survivors
SAULT STE. MARIE — Hundreds of motorcycles will join together on July 26 as they make their way across Michigan to bring awareness to post-traumatic stress disorder. The American Legion Riders post in Sault Ste. Marie is hosting the first annual ride from Hell in the Lower Peninsula to Paradise in the Upper Peninsula.

JACKSON COUNTY, MI – A new development in taking shape in Summit Township that will bring another bank branch to the area. Southern Michigan Bank & Trust is developing a new Jackson-area branch on the corner of Horton Road and Weatherwax Drive. Construction began in June, and bank officials anticipate the new branch to be complete by the end of the year, President/CEO John Waldron said.
