National recruiting analyst Tom Lemming had high praise for Higgins last December. He wrote, (Higgins) should be become a national recruit. Excellent length, quick hands and feet and shows explosive moves to the ball. Tenacious and tough. Terrific attitude. 3.9 GPA. The recruit has been a popular player recently. In 2024, he received ten scholarship offers, including from Michigan, USC, and Ole Miss. Can’t wait to see Nebraska’s spring game this next weekend in Lincoln!!
