Man Accused Of Robbing Victim With Machete, Running From Officers In New Rochelle
The events leading to the man's arrest began on Wednesday, July 3, when 51-year-old Tyrone McGhee of New Rochelle allegedly robbed a victim at 111 Lockwood Ave., according to New Rochelle Police Captain J. Collins Coyne. McGhee allegedly used a machete to threaten the victim during the robbery, Coyne said.

Rye PD arrested 45 year old Mark Bucaj of White Plains, following a four month long investigation by detectives that began on March 5th, 2024. On that day in March, Rye PD responded to a single family residence on the north end of Milton Road in the early morning hours, on a report of a possible burglary.

JLL Capital Markets on Thursday said it arranged $13.1 million in financing for Vroom Street Apartments, a 42-unit luxury apartment building coming to Jersey City. Located at 72-76 Vroom St., and expected to be delivered in fall 2025, Vroom Street Apartments will be a best-in-class boutique apartment complex featuring 42 market-rate units consisting of a mix of five studio units, 14 one-bedroom units and 23 two-bedroom units.
