Harrisburg, Pa. — PennDOT has notified the public that all driver's license and photo centers will be closed Saturday, Aug. 31 through Monday, Sept. 2 in observance of Labor Day. Online services, manuals, and forms will still be available at dmv.pa.gov. Online services include driver’s license, photo ID, and vehicle registration renewals; driver-history services; changes of address; driver license and vehicle registration restoration letters; fee payments; driver license and photo ID duplicate orders; REAL ID pre-verification; and driver exam scheduling. There are no additional fees for using online services.
