SUNRISE BEACH, Mo. — An owner of Chic's N Dix HonkyTonk & Saloon unexpectedly passed away at the establishment Wednesday afternoon. Sunrise Beach police officers responded to a medical call at 3:33 p.m., July 24, and found 56-year-old Rick Griffin unconscious inside the building. Unfortunately, he died on scene. JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (KMIZ) The demolition of the former Jefferson City News Tribune building at 210 Monroe Street is complete.
