The Cortland County Sheriff’s Office released arrest reports over the weekend. Gilbert, 69, of Cortlandville, was arrested on Friday (Aug. 23). The county sheriff’s report stated that officers responded to the area of Phelps Road in Homer for a personal injury crash involving an ATV. According to the report, Gilbert was operating the ATV while intoxicated.

Around 6:20 in the morning on Thursday, August 22nd, officers with the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office responded to Penguin Drive in Cortlandville for a reported domestic incident. Endicott man facing drug, weapons charges
An Endicott man is facing drug and weapons charges after the Broome County Special Investigations Unit executed a search warrant on Pine Street in Endicott. According to police, 30-year-old Joshua Mazyck has been charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal possession of a weapon in the second and third degree and two counts of using drug paraphernalia.
