The incident started when police received a complaint around 3 a.m. Wednesday reporting suspects trying to get into parked vehicles in the Tolland Drive area.

When officers arrived to check the area, a grey Dodge Durango and red Chevrolet SUV fled, sparking a pursuit with officers. However, officers disengaged per state policy.
