Police identify woman shot, killed after fight in Meriden
MERIDEN, Conn — A woman is dead after a fight led to a shooting in Meriden, police said. Meriden police were called to the area of State Street and Mill Street near the Meriden Green just after 10 p.m. Monday. When they got to the scene, they found a woman had been shot. First responders gave her aid, but she was pronounced dead at the scene.
