CCSO: Missing man found dead

ENGLEWOOD — A 72-year-old man was found dead a day after he was reported missing, according to authorities.

The Charlotte County Sheriff's Office issued a news release Thursday to announce that the body of Abraham Moshkovski had been found.

"Although there appears to be no sign of foul play, our detectives are conducting an investigation to confirm a definitive cause of death," the CCSO social media post read.

Authorities have notified Moshkovski's next of kin.

The post does not mention where or in what condition his body was found.

Moshkovski was reported missing from his Park Point Drive residence in the Grove City area of Englewood on Wednesday, with his last known movements being between 6 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. that day.

It was noted that he had a walker that he did not take with him after leaving his residence.
