Dothan teen arrested in Blakely drive-by shooting, police say
BLAKELY, GA (WDHN) — A teen from Dothan is behind bars in southwest Georgia after police claim he was identified as a suspect in a drive-by shooting. According to Blakely Police, 17-year-old Joseph Pelland was arrested on Friday, July 19, after investigators claimed he fired shots at an occupied home on Palmetto Avenue on Wednesday, July 17.
