Tradition: Hundreds of people gathered to celebrate Erda Days
Erda’s yearly celebration took place over the weekend with Erda Days celebrated on Friday, July 12 and Saturday July 13. Friday evening’s celebration began at 6:30 p.m. at the Warr Memorial Park where a pulled pork dinner and a talent show were held. Around 225 people attended the dinner and talent show, according to Chris Connelly, a member of the Erda Days committee.

St. George area grocery stores may be sold as part of Kroger-Albertsons merger
ST. GEORGE — Two grocery stores in the St. George area are set to be sold by Kroger Foods should that company’s bid to merge with Albertsons go through.
