While Vergara admitted that it's still "too soon to tell" exactly why their relationship works so well for them, the actress said she's having a great time -- as evidenced by her recent trip to Italy, where she was joined by Saliman , last month.
"I'm enjoying life, I'm so grateful to the people around me," Vergara, 52, shared with a smile. "I'm grateful for summer, for the nomination, and now just for AGT . I'm excited to see Simon, Heidi, all of them!"
Vergara walked the carpet alongside her fellow AGT stars -- judges Simon Cowell, Heidi Klum and Howie Mandel, as well as host Terry Crews.

"I am so thankful, because, you know, it was a lot of work and it was something that was so new for me," Vergara shared. "I thought the show was gonna get nominated, I wasn't expecting a nomination for me, so I'm very thankful."
As for her burgeoning romance with Saliman, the Modern Family star was first spotted on a date withSaliman back in October. Shestunned in a black corset, purple suede pants, and black heels while heading out to dinner with her beau in Beverly Hills.
Their romance comes after Vergara and her ex-husband, Joe Manganiello, announced they were calling it quits inJuly 2023, after eight years. In April 2024, ET confirmed that the A-list stars finalized their divorce . Vergara was previously married to her high school sweetheart -- with whom she shares Manolo. Their marriage ended in 1993 after two years.
