Chris Brown hit with $50 million lawsuit for alleged assault on four concert attendees
Four Chris Brown concert attendees are suing him for what they say happened backstage at his July 19 show in Fort Worth, Tex., at Dickies Arena. According to a lawsuit filed Monday in Harris County, Tex., Larry Parker, Joseph Lewis, Charles Bush, and Da Marcus Powell allege that Brown and others surrounded them and then "brutally and severely beat" them, including throwing chairs, and kicking and stomping them. The men said Brown "participated in and directed" in the violence. Live Nation, the company promoting Brown's tour, as well as Sinko Ceej, Hood Boss, and Yella Beezy, are named as defendants.
