See The Masked Singer season 12's first performance, new costumes, and Ken Jeong losing his mind
Watch out Mucinex Man, when season 12 of The Masked Singer starts in September, one of the new costumes might just give you a run for your snotty money. In the first official teaser for the forthcoming season, which Entertainment Weekly is exclusively debuting below, a mask that certainly resembles a giant booger can be seen (or maybe it's just slime?). Fox isn't confirming names just yet, but costumes resembling a melted Peep, a dodo bird, some kind of purple insect, a bison, and some sort of plant can also be spotted in the clip.
Big Brother teases epic fight between Angela and Matt: 'Don't talk to me'

24 actors who were replaced on their TV shows
In a perfect world, every TV star sticks with their character for a show's entire run. Still, life happens: actors face scheduling conflicts, other contractual obligations, controversies, death, or simply a loss of interest. Studios then have the tough decision of whether to write the characters out or recast them entirely. Swapping out a supporting character is usually manageable, but recasting a lead can take some time to get used to. (Legend says some are still recovering from the Jake T. Austin/Noah Centineo switcheroo on The Fosters.) But sometimes, these fresh faces can win viewers over after all.
Justin Baldoni didn't want to play Ryle in It Ends With Us until Colleen Hoover convinced him (exclusive)
Justin Baldoni never planned to star in It Ends With Us. After playing one point of a love triangle on the long-running telenovela-inspired series Jane the Virgin for five seasons, Baldoni's focus shifted to directing and producing via his company Wayfarer Studios. But now, five years later, he's returning to his roots by bringing to life yet another love triangle in the adaptation of Colleen Hoover's romantic drama It Ends With Us. It's a part he might never have played if Hoover hadn't helped convince him to play Ryle in addition to directing the movie.

'A movie completely made by lunatics': Borderlands stars unearth secrets from Pandora
The story of Borderlands the movie is really a case study in madness. And perhaps you need a touch of lunacy to spend over a decade bashing your head against the wall trying to translate the psychedelic video game world of Pandora (not the Avatar one) and its many treasure-seeking Vault Hunters for the big screen. But for the film's cast — an unlikely assemblage of icons across the comedy, horror, prestige drama, and even Barbie spaces — it was more like cabin fever that drove them to it.
Mark Consuelos recalls terrifying encounter with whale at sea: 'I shouldn't have done that'
On land, Live With Kelly and Mark cohost Mark Consuelos is one of morning TV's foremost hunks; at sea, however, he's but a minnow in a literal sea of whales. Amid the spread of a viral video showing a whale crash-landing atop a boat off the east coast, the 53-year-old star recalled a particularly harrowing encounter he had with a whale while vacationing with wife and cohost Kelly Ripa, also 53, in the Caribbean.
Deadpool & Wolverine team felt practical sets were worth the leaks: 'That's a price we're comfortable paying'
If you've been on "Marvel fan Twitter" at any point in the past year, chances are you caught at least one glimpse of something spoiler-y from the Deadpool & Wolverine film sets. How Vanessa Williams lost the Miss America crown but won over Hollywood
On July 23, 1984, Vanessa Williams resigned as Miss America, the first Black woman to win the crown and the first, and only, winner forced to give it up. Williams’ treatment, or rather mistreatment, at the hands of the Miss America organization as well as by Penthouse and its lecherous founder Bob Guccione — who published nude photos of Williams without her consent — says a lot about the mores of ’80s America.
