Lynn, Mass. – Authorities have made an arrest in the fatal shooting of Kai Burgos, 17, of Lynn, that took place in the 40 Federal Street parking lot of Market Basket in Lynn on June 15. Adrian Pena, 18, of Lynn is now in custody after being apprehended by the U.S. Marshals Service in the Dominican Republic on Tuesday, July 16. The suspect in the fatal shooting will be arraigned on a fugitive from justice charge in Miami.
