Community Woodworking Shop Opening in Saratoga Springs

A novel concept is set to open in Saratoga Springs, NY on Caroline Street. Saratoga Joinery will offer a combination of access to woodworking equipment for skilled users and instruction for those who wish to learn or improve their skills.

The 8,500 square foot space will be stocked with high quality equipment and lots of space to work. Membership is $85. per month, and there is a 10% discount if you pay by the year.

Anyone who does carpentry and woodworking knows how expensive equipment can be, and if you only need to use a tool a couple times, it can hard to justify the cost. With the new joinery shop, you can bring in lumber and sheet products such as plywood to cut and finish as needed with a minimal investment.
