(WNY News Now) – Buffalo – Acting Erie County District Attorney Michael J. Keane has announced that 29-year-old Timothy M. Wagner of Buffalo was sentenced before Erie County Court Judge Sheila A. DiTullio to one year of probation. As a condition of his sentence, Wagner was ordered to perform 100 hours of community service.
