    Jobe’s 8 K’s, run support lead to 6-0 Erie win

    ERIE, PA (WJET)–The Erie SeaWolves battled the Somerset Patriots at UPMC Park on Thursday.

    Erie looked to bounce back after Wednesday’s 9-3 loss.

    Jackson Jobe made his second start for Erie since returning from injury.

    Jobe threw for five innings. He managed to strikeout eight batters and only let up two hits.

    Jake Holton a solo home run. His second one this series and 11th homer of the season.

    Erie topped Somerset 6-0. The same teams play on Friday at 6:35 p.m.
