    Erie County restaurant inspections for July 10-25, 2024

    At least once a year, Erie County Department of Health officials inspect all restaurants and stores that sell unpackaged food. Here is a list of violations recorded July 10 through Thursday.

    2 critical violations

    China Jade , 14 E. Main St., North East Boro. (Garbage can was blocking sink. This is a repeat violation from initial inspection. Witnessed food employee touching cooked noodles with bare hands.) Also one noncritical violation. Wednesday

    UPICK6 Harbor House : 4454 Buffalo Road, Harborcreek Township. (Cooler found at 48-50 degrees for products such as potato salad, coleslaw and cottage cheese; towel bucket sanitizer above prescribed amount.) Also one noncritical violation. July 12

    One critical violation

    Czartoryski Cafe : 302 Parade St. (Certified Food Manager certificate expired.) Wednesday

    McDonald's , 61 N. Main St., Union City Boro. (Chemicals/cleaning supplies stored above food prep area.) Tuesday

    Dollar Tree , 1914 Keystone Drive, Summit Township. (Milk found beyond date-marking.) July 12

    Two noncritical violations

    Pub 20 : 10326 W. Main Road, North East Township. July 11
