    Erie County restaurant inspections for Sept. 26 to Oct. 3, 2024

    At least once a year, Erie County Department of Health officials inspect all restaurants and stores that sell unpackaged food. Here is a list of violations recorded Sept. 26 through Thursday.

    2 critical violations

    Clark Elementary School Cafeteria , 3650 Depot Road, Harborcreek Township. (Mice droppings underneath tables in kitchen and in the stock area; mice droppings found in food, including powder mashed potato, dried cranberries and dried mix ranch.) Wednesday

    Plymouth Tavern , 1109 State St. (soda nozzles found with build-up; ready-to-eat items not datemarked and others found beyond seven days.) Sept. 27

    One noncritical violation

    Vintage Room and Cafe at South Shore , 1120 Freeport Road, North East Township. Wednesday

    Ace Beer Co ., 2511 Pennsylvania Ave. Sept. 26

    Previous violations corrected

    Country Fair , 2266 E. 38th St. Wednesday

    Compadres Grill , 2266 E. 38th St. Wednesday

    Underdog BBQ , 2714 W. Eighth St., Millcreek Township. Sept. 26

    Smokey Bones & Fire Grill , 2074 Interchange Road, Millcreek Township. Sept. 25
