Last week of Erielicious Football Food Pollapalooza seeks readers' favorite sports bar

Welcome to the last installment of the Erielicious Pollapalooza, highlighting readers' favorite places to enjoy all the local culinary traditions that have grown up around NFL football. This week, we're asking about your go-to sports bar. Where do you like to go to watch a game, for the food, the beer, the atmosphere, the history, the comfort of the stools, the angle of the TVs, whatever you enjoy about it the most.

We left off the big chain places, mostly because we like to promote Erie-based establishments. Not that Buffalo Wild Wings or Applebee's and the like don't have great food and atmosphere, but because we're seeking to support local gems in this endeavor. If you insist, you can write them in the "other" category.

We gathered a few of the obvious choices for the list, but if you have another favorite, feel free to add it into the "Other" category. I always give a shoutout to the write-in candidate who gets the most votes.

I say "always" because it feels like this poll party has been going on since the beginning of time. If you're more of a recipes/homemade food person, we'll return next week with not just the winners to the sports bar poll, but some ideas for good spooky mocktails and maybe a Halloween food idea or two.

In the meantime, pick a place from this list, and show our local bars some love. Then stick a fork in the Erielicious Football Food Pollapalooza.
