TVA Board approves additional $150M in advanced nuclear funding
KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -On Friday, the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) Board of Directors announced that $150 million in additional advanced nuclear funding was approved to support continued design work on potential small modular reactors (SMRs) at its Clinch River site near Oak Ridge.
