A comprehensive investigation led by Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Charleston, along with several federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies, culminated in a significant conviction. CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) - A miles-long police chase ended Monday night on Interstate 64 East in Charleston. It started as an Ohio State Highway Patrol pursuit going into West Virginia.
