Newnan Kroger worker arrested, accused of giving family, friends 5-finger discount
NEWNAN, Ga. - Newnan police arrested a Kroger worker after the grocery store reported her for allegedly giving her family members and friends cash and free gas. Kroger worker Miracle Crawford, 19, left work in cuffs on July 2 after the grocery store claimed she was not depositing cash from the till into a safe like she should have. They said she was leaving it outside for her family members to pick up.

‘Fore’ The Community Golf Tournament set for July 29 to benefit Habersham Co. Animal Shelter
The “Fore” The Community golf tournament will take place on Monday, July 29, with a shotgun start at 9am at Apple Mountain Golf Course in Hollywood. Cost of playing is $500 per team or $125 per player, with proceeds benefiting the Habersham County Animal Shelter. Breakfast and lunch will be provided to registered players. The animal shelter also will have door prizes and a silent auction. Each player will get one Mulligan, one Tee Buster, and one toss during the tournament.
