As we’ve noted, several HBO/Max shows have garnered Emmy nominations. One lucky nominee is the Max show HACKS with Jean Smart and Hannah Einbinder. Also, as is par for the course, interviews abound upon receiving said nominations. But, instead of just talking about the honor of being nominated and gushing over how well the cast & crew worked at their craft, a few tidbits about what might lie ahead for the acclaimed series are also mentioned. So, as HACKS’ third season gets the praise what did Smart & Einbinder say about Season Four? We find quotes on the matter via a Deadline interview. To start, it turns out that both of them have an ideal guest that they’d love to see make an appearance in the next season. It certainly wouldn’t be unheard of for a celebrity to pop on-camera in this show as a character or as themselves. HACKS has already seen the likes of Anna Maria Horsford, Linda Purl, Ming-Na Wen, Laurie Metcalf, Wayne Newton, Margaret Cho, Susie Essman, George Wallace, Carrot Top, Helen Hunt, Christopher Lloyd, Hal Linden and Deidre Hall just to name a few.

Per Soap Opera Digest, the soap star made her last appearance as Theresa Donovan on Thursday’s (Aug. 8) episode, which is streaming on Peacock.
