New Jersey’s 10th congressional district special primary election is Jul. 16 for voters in parts of Hudson, Union, and Essex Counties. Typical polling locations will be open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. in the 10th District, which includes East Orange, Irvington, Montclair, Newark, Orange, and West Orange. Three people, including two children, were killed in a Saturday morning house fire in Essex County, authorities confirmed. The fire broke out on Liberty Street in West Orange around 11 a.m. Saturday, the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office said in a statement.
