Signs coming for Fremont Twp. cemeteries
FREMONT TWP. — Fremont Township is giving its two cemeteries a little upgrade. Back in 2020, the township board voted to spend up to $1,000 with Larsen Graphics of Caro for two three-sided signs – one each for Fremont Township Cemetery on Lobdell Road and Northgrove Cemetery on Hunt Road. Each sign has the cemetery name on one side and the cemetery rules on the other.

MILLINGTON — A pair of former Thumb-area basketball standouts hosted a camp on Tuesday at Millington High School for highly-touted local basketball players. A pair of former 1,000-point scorers – 2020 Millington High School graduate Zac Yorke, and 2020 Kingston High graduate Evan Neff – put together the invitation-only camp. Yorke and Neff work for Cramer Basketball Camps in the Thumb area.
