    Garden Party at Philip Foster Farm, Kismet Farms hosts animal fundraiser, fun at the library and more

    Summer Storytime: 10:30 to noon, Thursday July 18, July 25, and following Thursdays, Community Building behind the library, 915 N.W. Wade St. Drop-in, all ages. Storytime followed by some outdoor play.

    Teen Adventure Club: 1-4 p.m. Friday, July 19, Estacada Public Library, 825 N.W. Wade St. Ages 13-18 can hang and play games. Registration required.

    Vintage Faire: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday July 20, 21, Wade Creek Vintage Marketplace, 664 N.W. Wade St. Live music, food vendors, lots of cool stuff to buy.

    Garden Party: 1-4 p.m. Saturday, July 20, Philip Foster Farm, 22725 S.E. Eagle Creek Road. Annual Mary Charlotte's Garden Party with Skip-A-Week quilt show, fashion show, folk dancing demo and more. $5 person, $20 per family.

    Animal Fundraiser: 12:30-4:30 p.m. Saturday, July 20, Kismet Farms, 25668 S. Hwy. 211. Out to Pasture and Kismet animal sanctuaries host fundraiser. Meet animals , live music, sack races and so much more. Tickets $10 ages 16 and older, Kidds younger than 16, free. Buy tickets on Out to Pasture Facebook page or at the door.

    Outdoor Book Club: 9:30-10:30 a.m. Tuesday, July 23, and every fourth Tuesday, Portal Rest Area, 777 N.W. Tulip Park. 15 minute nature walk through Timber Park followed by a chat about this month’s book "Wild" by Cheryl Strayed. Registration required.

    Recycled Paper Crafts: 1:30-2:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 24, Estacada Public Library, 825 N.W. Wade St. Crafting fun with Clackamas County Office of Sustainability.

    Board Games: 5:30-7 p.m. Wednesday, July 24, Estacada Public Library, 825 N.W. Wade St. Play the library’s games, or bring your own. Adults and teens.

    Star Party: 9:30 p.m. to midnight, Friday July 26, Environmental Learning Center, Clackamas Community College, 19600 Molalla Ave., Oregon City. Rose City Astronomers will share views of the night sky through their telescopes. Free. Bring chairs, binoculars and blankets. If skies are cloudy that night, call Rose City Astronomers at 503-594-6044 to see if the event is canceled.

    Arts at the Creek: Noon to 6 p.m. Saturday, July 27, Wade Creek Park, 915 N.W. Wade St. "Street fair" with dancing, bands, face painting, tie-dying, art vendors, community organizations, food carts and more.

    Concert in the Park: 2-4 p.m. Sunday, July 28, Wade Creek Community Building, 915 N.W. Wade St. Enjoy classic rock from Infamous Soul. Free. Bring a lawn chair. Hosted by Estacada Parks and Recreation Commission.

    LEGO Club: 1-3 p.m. third Saturday, Estacada Public Library, 825 N.W. Wade St. Kiddos can create under the direction of a LEGO guru. Builders younger than 8 years old must have a caregiver present.

    Bingo: Cash prizes, family friendly and dinner specials available. 6 p.m. every Wednesday. Estacada Moose Lodge, 29788 S.E. Eagle Creek Road. Everyone welcome, membership is not required.

    Pickleball: Grace Crossing Bible Church hosts pickleball from 3:30-8:30 p.m. Tuesdays; 7:30-10 a.m. Thursday, Friday and Saturdays. Open to anyone and play takes place in the church’s gymnasium, 29101 S.E. Eagle Creek Road. Slots limited, please sign up at playtimescheduler.com.

    Grief Group: Clackamas Valley Baptist Church hosts a grief group at 2 p.m. Mondays at 29275 S.E. Eagle Creek Road.

    Community Breakfast: Estacada Community Outreach hosts a free breakfast from 8-11 a.m. the third Saturday of each month at Clackamas Valley Baptist Church, located at 29275 S.E. Eagle Creek Road. For more information, call 503-630-5484.

    Take off Pounds Sensibly: TOPs meets 9:30 a.m. Tuesdays at the Estacada Community Center, 200 S.W. Club House Drive.

    Library hours: The library building at 825 N.W. Wade St. is open to the public from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mondays and Tuesdays; 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursdays and Fridays; from from 10 a.m.-7 p.m. Wednesdays; and noon to 5 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays.     A-Z Story Time: 10:30-11:20 a.m. Tuesdays. Pre-registration encouraged. Stories, music and play for children birth to age 2 and kids new to story times. Focus is on early literacy, the alphabet and fun. Call 971-377-8537 to register.

    A to Z for 2s and 3s: 10:30-11:30, Wednesdays. Stories, songs and play for 2 to 3 year-olds, focusing on early literacy, the alphabet and fun. There will be an easy activity or craft. As with other storytimes, space is limited and pre-registration is appreciated.

    Me & My Story Time & Playgroup: 10:30 a.m. to noon, Thursdays. Pre-registration required. Stories, songs, snack and playtime for ages 3-4 and their grownups, focusing on preschool skills and kindergarten readiness. Call 971-377-8537 to register.

    Beverly Cleary Book Club: 10:30-11:30 a.m. Fridays. Kids in second to fifth grades with a parent or guardian on site. Registration is not required.
