North Iowa Fair concludes on Sunday
“A World of Wows” was the theme for the 2024 edition of the fair, held annually in Mason City at the North Iowa Events Center and Fairgrounds. Man connected to bald eagle killing located and in custody
STANTON - The second suspect in connection to unlawfully killing a bald eagle in Stanton County last year has been located and is in custody. The Stanton County Sheriff’s Office says the suspect, 21-year-old Ramiro Hernandez-Tziquin of Guatemala, has been located and is in federal custody after he was located using an assumed identity last month.
