Lotus of Siam: a Las Vegas Favorite That Continues to Serve Up Top-notch Thai Cuisine

Thai food is some of the best food in the world.

The fragrant curries, delicious soups, rice noodle stir-fries, and grilled meats keep people coming back for more.

Las Vegas has a Thai restaurant whose food has stood out for decades.

    Lotus of Siam

Lotus of Siam has been a local favorite for years now. Even Anthony Bourdain was a fan of the family-owned and operated restaurant.

Lotus of Siam is known for its northern Thai food.

Typical Thai food is sweet and tangy. Northern Thai menus consist of more herbs, spices, and coconut-less curries.

    Menu

The menu has a long list of shared plate options if your party wants to try a little of everything. They also have traditional northern Thai dishes if everyone wants to order their own.

And, of course, like most Thai places, their Pad Thai is wildly popular.

However, for me, it’s all about the fried rice. Lotus of Siam has some of the best fried rice I’ve ever had.
