Brothers Bill and Randy Simon co-founded Freddy's in 2002 to honor their father, Freddy Simon.

Freddy Simon lived a truly incredible life.

Freddy grew up on a farm near Colwich, Kansas, just outside Wichita. After finishing high school, Freddy enlisted in the U.S. Army, serving in the Pacific Rim region during World War II. A self-proclaimed “regular guy, " he was awarded the Purple Heart for injuries sustained during service and a Bronze Star for valor.

Freddy then returned to Kansas, started a family, worked hard in the hospitality industry for 56 years, and raised six children with his wife, Norma Jean.

Shake Shack

Shake Shack started as a hot dog cart in Madison Square Park.

It’s since expanded both its menu and its footprint. You can now find Shake Shacks all over the country, including right here in Henderson.

No matter how big Shake Shack gets, its focus is still on quality. It severs fresh, simple, and high-quality food including:

In-N-Out is a place that needs no introduction. People go there for tasty food, not an overwhelming number of options.

Sure, they have a not-so-secret menu, but the core of their menu is simple.
