Windsor Town Board completes appointments to fill vacant seats
Kenneth Symsack was appointed to the Windsor Town Board this week to fill the vacancy created last month when Julie Cline was appointed mayor. A vote to appoint Symsack, who has lived in Windsor for seven years, to the seat representing District 4 was held during a special meeting of the Town Board Monday night, according to a news release Thursday from Town Clerk Karen Frawley.
