Evanston Police searching for peeping Tom suspect

(WBBM NEWSRADIO) — The Evanston Police Department is asking for the public's help in identifying a suspect involved in multiple peeping Tom incidents and reported battery.

Police say an incident allegedly took place on June 18 around 11 p.m. in the 900 block of Hamlin Street. The victim said a naked man was looking into the window of her residence.

The victim said a similar incident had occurred the previous week.

A second incident occurred on June 22 around 10:40 p.m. in the 2000 block of Pratt Court where again a naked man was looking through a window into a residence.

A third incident was reported around the same time and also on the 2000 block of Pratt Court. Police allege that the naked suspect grabbed a victim before the victim ran away.

The suspect is described as a man in his mid-30s. He’s about 5 foot 10 inches tall, has a medium build and a medium complexion with brown hair.
