    Event held to celebrate Brad Byrd’s career

    HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT)- On Sunday, dozens gathered to celebrate the career of Brad Byrd.

    New programs to help EWSU customers save money

    An event held at Venue 812 in Evansville to honor Brad’s 46 year career in the Tri-State. The event was attended by former co-anchors such as Shannon Hurd and Whitney Ray, as well as numerous other coworkers who gathered to wish Brad a happy post Eyewitness News life.

    While Brad Byrd said goodbye to Eyewitness News earlier this month, he doesn’t plan to retire and plans to continue working on projects to help the community and be a voice for journalism.
