HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) – An Evansville man who allegedly claimed he wanted to impress a girl with his supply is facing multiple drug charges.

Evansville Police says Matthew Raley was pulled over after failing to make a complete stop at a stop sign and the vehicle allegedly had an “overwhelming” odor of marijuana.

After putting Raley in handcuffs, police say they searched the vehicle and discovered drug paraphernalia, multiple marijuana variants and a revolver.

Authorities say Raley had the multiple variants because he was going to another female’s home to “impress her with his supply.”

Riley was charged with felon in possession of firearm, dealing marijuana, and possessing paraphernalia. He is currently being held in the Vanderburgh County Jail.
