Sapore Ristorante at Novadell set to open next week
After much anticipation, the Sapore Ristorante at Novadell in Hopkinsville will be opening for business, with their grand opening set for Wednesday, August 28. The restaurant at 500 Novadell Way will bring with it Italian flavors, East Coast Italian American staples and comfort foods, creating signature dishes that restaurant goers can enjoy. The grand opening is set for 4 p.m. on Wednesday, and that’s also when the new eatery will be officially opening for business.
Black Bears start season off with 25-7 road win over Middlesboro
MIDDLESBORO — The young and talented Harlan County Black Bears picked up a huge road win to start the 2024 campaign, defeating Middlesboro, 25-7. The game was scoreless for almost the entire first half until James Howard put the Black Bears on the scoreboard with a four-yard touchdown run to give his team a 7-0 lead with 3:10 remaining until halftime.
