Driver charged in Spencer Co. crash that killed motorcyclist

Marcus Poyntz is the supervisor at Cure Violence Program YouthBuild. He was sitting at a stop light across the street when gunshots were fired. He told WAVE News he looked to his left and saw a man coming out of the store with a gun, shooting at a car in the parking lot.
