Owner of former J.C. Penney building in Trenton outlines repair plans
The Trenton Building and Nuisance Board held a hearing last evening, attended by Jason Lassiter, the owner of the former J.C. Penney building at Eastgate in Trenton. Torry attended Lincoln University in Jefferson City, Missouri, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications and Broadcast Journalism.
