I have it DDD it's in my neck my lower back I've been disabled with this since I was 45 year's old and now 75 years old I suffer so bad and there's nothing I can do to help it injury to my neck and lower back my spine is degenerate with two discs in my neck and two above my tail bone and nothing helps me much I am on 4 different medications and it helps some if I just lay still and not move I am kinda have relief but to walk around and stuff with badly needed surgery on my hip it I have no ball joint in the right hip I've had to many accidents that's caused me all this suffering
