The 24-year-old vice president of a scrap metal business died Saturday evening in a fiery crash involving another vehicle near the Jersey Shore, according to police. Christine Hanlon, the Monmouth County Clerk, recently inducted a new president and board members for The Monmouth-Ocean Development Council (MODC), Wall Township. Thomas Gilmour, founding trustee of the Asbury Park Music Foundation, was named the president of MODC for a two-year term, replacing Matt Appel, Beacon Wealth Partners, who completed his two-year term.
