Fairborn mother sentenced to prison for endangering her child

FAIRBORN, Ohio ( WDTN ) — The mother accused of leaving her child in dangerous and filthy conditions has been sentenced.

Rabyah Muballigh was sentenced to between seven and ten and a half years in prison. She will also serve up to three years of post release control.

This comes after she pleaded no contest to felonious assault and endangering children charges.

In January, police responded to Wallace Avenue in Fairborn on reports of a child struggling to breath. Police say there were rodents and trash in the home.
