Potential cyber incident at Fairfield Memorial Hospital

HENDERSON, Ky (WEHT) – Eyewitness News has been investigating an apparent cyber incident that happened at Fairfield Memorial Hospital.

Eyewitness News has called Fairfield Memorial Hospital’s main number and has gotten an automated statement regarding the incident. The message says that the hospital is taking the situation very seriously.

Eyewitness News has called several people with Fairfield, trying to get more information about what happened and when. We got a call back from Deaconess, who has affiliations with Fairfield and helps with their media relations, who said they don’t have any information to release right now but are planning on releasing some information in the coming days.
