Suspect in 2023 Lynn double homicide arrested in Londonderry
LONDONDERRY — A suspect wanted in connection with a double homicide in Lynn, Massachusetts, last year was arrested Thursday afternoon in Londonderry, local authorities said. Justin Alba, 25, of Lynn, was taken into custody around 2:45 p.m. following a traffic stop at the intersection of Forest Street and Moore Road.

Chris Sununu of New Hampshire has signed a bill that would ban transgender athletes in grades 5-12 from teams that align with their gender identity, adding the state to nearly half in the nation that adopted similar measures.The bill passed by the Republican-led Legislature would require schools to designate all teams as either girls, boys or coed, with eligibility determined based on students' birth certificates "or other evidence." BROWNINGTON — Vermont State Police arrested a woman on suspicion of driving under the influence after she was involved in a rollover accident on Chapdelaine Rd. BARNET, Vt. (AP) — Exactly one year to the date of last year’s severe flooding in Vermont, Joe’s Brook Farm was flooded again by the remnants of Hurricane Beryl. This time it was worse.
